We believe in local farmers, humanely raised meats, and sustainable seafood. We specialize in homestyle food and alternative sources. We like our breads slow fermented and our olive oil unfiltered. We like to taste the molasses in our sugar, the bran in our flour, and the olives in our olive oil. We believe in taking care of our staff, so that they are happy providing you with excellent service. We limit our plastic as much as we can, because we love the Earth. We love to cook. And we love to feed you!

I made some gourmet sandwiches and put them in a basket.
I am a life-long foodie, but not a snob. If it tastes great, I love it. It doesn't have to be the hippest thing, and you probably won't have to ask me to explain three ingredients for every appetizer. Okay maybe one, but not three! Nothing makes me happier than feeding someone who says, “Damn, Andrea this is the best I've ever had!”
